Around the Chapters

On Thursday 7th October the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers (AIPIO) and the NSW Chapter held its first joint function.

Steve Longford, presented "Reading Micro Expressions: Understanding Emotions and Evaluating Truthfulness". Steve is former detective, senior intelligence analyst and behavioural analyst for the Queensland Police; Steve is now MD of New Intelligence. Steve gave participants a valuable insight into analysis of behavioural expression and its application within the security, intelligence and law enforcement fields. The presentation was followed by a wonderful networking session between our members, guests and University students.
